Processing Time
All items are handmade with care. Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom and made-to-order items may take longer—please check individual product descriptions for specific processing times.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Great care is taken in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out, and we will assist in locating it. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handmade and custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight of order and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Custom Orders (Non-Refundable & Final Sale)
Custom and made-to-order items are specially crafted just for you, making them non-refundable and ineligible for returns or exchanges. Please review all details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out before purchasing—we’re happy to help ensure your custom piece meets your expectations!
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept general returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
✔ Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
✔ Your order number and details
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please check with your local postal service or delivery carrier. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to help.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, except for custom orders, which cannot be canceled once production has begun any any deposit will be forfeited.
